What to Bring

Thank you for booking an appointment at our naturopathic Clinic. Please complete the appropriate intake form and bring it with you for your visit. Bring along any laboratory results from the past 12 months, as well as any medication (name, dose) and supplements ( name, brand, dose) that you are taking.

What to Expect

The initial appointment with Dr. Blake/ Bitting is approximately 1 1/2 hours long, this involves taking a thorough case history, physical exam and possible laboratory examination. The second and subsequent visits last between 30-45 minutes at which time progress is monitored ans treatment may be modified. Treatment may combine any of the naturopathic modalities (Nutrition, supplements, homeopathy, acupuncture/ Chinese medicine, body work) or focus on one specific treatment modality.

Payment

To facilitate payment, we now accept cash, personal cheque, visa, MasterCard and Visa.

Location & Parking

We are located on the second floor at 1067 Champlain Street in Dieppe, just past Fisherman’s paradise on the same side of the street. Plenty of free parking is available on site. Please enter through the front doors of the building. Contact us if you may have potential difficulty climbing the stairs.

Cancellation

Our cancellation policy requires 24hours notice for an appointment change or cancellation, otherwise the time booked will be billed accordingly.
